Reycha Webb is in her third year as a site supervisor with The Bay Area After-School All-Stars.  She has nine years of experience working with youth and an AA in psychology.  Reycha is continuing her educational endeavors in psychology because it is her passion and she takes it incredibly serious.  “It is not every day that a person may have the opportunity to say that they truly take pleasure in what they do.”  With that being said, Reycha is proud to say that she really enjoys her job working with youth.  “I find it to be a very rewarding experience being given the opportunity to make a difference in the life of individuals; which will ultimately enable me to be the change that I want to see in life.”
