Edgar Romero was born and raised in the California Bay Area and attended local elementary, middle and high school. He has worked in the after-school field since 2003 starting as a youth instructor for the city of San Jose. As a community events planner and summer camp director, Edgar enjoyed his time with the city of San Jose programs. He began his years with After-School All-Stars at Bachrodt Academy in downtown San Jose. He progressed to an associate supervisor by working really hard to inspire the students of Bachrodt and to further their academic growth through a successful “learning lounge” and exciting enrichment classes. Edgar looks forward to the beginning of his second year at Rosemary.
