Arcelia Valencia is in her fourth year working for the After-School All-Stars. “Working for this organization has been a very rewarding experience.” She has been involved with youth programs for 7 years and has also volunteered in many charity events for children as well as volunteered as a Sunday school teacher for 2 years. Arcelia holds an associates degree in Administration of Justice, a certificate in Communications and is currently working on a Translation and Interpretation certificate.
